Cleveland Heights man is charged with a felony after he brought guns onto FBI property in downtown Cleveland, according to court records. Phillip Mann Jr., 34, is charged with improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle in a warrant issued Saturday in Cleveland Municipal Court. [More here]
